Clinical Significance of Intracapsular Laparoscopic Myomectomy with Preserving the Neurovascular Bundle

Abstract: Uterine myoma is a kind of disease that is common and frequently happened in the reproductive-age women, and its symptoms diversity greatly affects the quality of women′s life. That uterine myomas has a bad impact on the reproductive ability and has always been a hotspot issue to discuss. Laparoscopic surgery has gained a rapid development in recent years. Because there is rich neurovascular bundle under psedocapsule, intracapsular laparoscopic myomectomy can benefit myometrial muscle for its small wound and less bleeding merit, which makes myometrial muscle to recover faster. Besides, this method can especially meet the needs of patients who suffered from uterine myomas and also want to keep the ability to be pregnant, so it should be used in a more wide application. Now the domestic and foreign research advances of this technology are reviewed in this article.
