宫颈鳞状细胞癌以浅表扩散的方式累及子宫内膜表面较为罕见,目前仍缺乏针对性的临床诊疗指导。报道1例60岁女性,因绝经后异常阴道流液就诊于我院,人乳头瘤病毒16阳性,后行腹腔镜全子宫+双侧附件切除术,术后病理结果示:宫颈高级别鳞状上皮内病变累及腺体,广泛浅表蔓延至子宫内膜,并累及右侧卵巢浆膜面,且3处病灶呈现p16及Ki-67的一致性高表达。对既往文献报道及本病例特点进行归纳总结,以期为疾病的早期诊治提供依据,改善临床预后。
