摘要： 脂肪细胞脂肪酸结合蛋白（FABP4）是脂肪酸结合蛋白家族的成员，与饱和/不饱和长链脂肪酸、类花生四烯酸和其他脂质有高度亲和力，参与脂肪酸的吸收、转运和代谢，在糖脂代谢、炎症反应中起重要作用。新近研究发现，FABP4在代谢综合征、心血管疾病、糖尿病等疾病中发挥重要作用，并与妊娠相关疾病，如子痫前期、妊娠期糖尿病发病相关。明确其作用机制及影响因素，可为相关疾病预防和治疗提供新思路。

Abstract: Adipocyte fatty acid-binding protein（FABP4/AFABP/aP2）is a member of the fatty acid-binding protein family that bind with high affinity to saturated and unsaturated long-chain fatty acids，eicosanoids and other lipids.Its functions include shuttling free fatty acids，regulating cellular lipid metabolism and expression of inflammatory cytokine. Recent studies have indicated that FABP4 have a central role in the development of metabolic syndrome，cardiovascular and diabetes mellitus.It is also known to contribute to preeclampsia and gestational diabetes mellitus. Understanding the mechanisms and functions of FABP4 may provide novel therapeutic strategies to treat and prevent relative diseases.
