摘要: 子宫内膜异位症(EMs)是指具有生长功能的子宫内膜组织(包括腺体和间质)出现在子宫宫腔面以外的部位而引起的病症,其发病机制尚未明确。EMs虽然是一种良性慢性病变,却有类似恶性肿瘤的远处转移和种植生长能力,在侵袭、新生血管生成、增殖、凋亡等诸多方面与恶性肿瘤有极大相似性。埃兹蛋白(EZRIN)作为一种胞膜细胞骨架蛋白,在肿瘤细胞的黏附、迁移等过程中发挥着重要作用,是质膜和细胞骨架之间的交联剂,参与细胞的黏附和边缘波动,有助于细胞表面各种富含肌动蛋白的细胞结构的形成。综述EZRIN结构与功能及其在肿瘤和各类妇科疾病中作用的相关研究。

Abstract: Endometriosis is a disease characterized by the presence of endometrial tissue including glands and stromas outside the uterine cavity, but the pathogenesis and etiology of endometriosis have not yet been understood thoroughly. Although endometriosis is a benign and chronic disease, it has some characters similar to the malignant tumors at the abilities of distant metastases and plant growth, such as invasion, proliferation, new angiogenesis and apoptosis. EZRIN belongs to ERM (ezrin-radixin-moesin) family of cytoskeletal proteins. This protein acts as a linker between the plasma membrane and the actin cytoskeleton. It is involved in cell adhesion and membrane ruffling and is very important for the formation of diverse actin-rich cell-surface structures. It also plays an important role in cell morphology, adhesiveness, migration, division, and so on. This review focuses on the structure and functions of EZRIN and the effects of EZRIN on the various human tumors and gynecological diseases, especially the effects on the endometriosis.
