摘要： 血管生成素相关生长因子（angiopoietin-related growth factor，AGF），也称为ARP5/ANGPTL6，是一种肝源性的血管生成素相关蛋白家族（ARPs）的新成员，具有促进血管形成及拮抗肥胖与胰岛素抵抗的作用，在调节血管生成和代谢性疾病中起着重要的作用。子痫前期是一种严重的妊娠期并发症，且病因与发病机制不明。研究AGF与妊娠生理与病理的关系意义重大，目前关于AGF与妊娠及相关疾病的研究较少。综述AGF的研究进展及其与妊娠和子痫前期的关系。

Abstract: Angiopoietin-related growth factor（AGF，also known as ARP5/ANGPTL6） is a new member of angiopoietin-related protein family and a novel liver-derived circulating protein which significantly promotes angiogenesis but also antagonistic obesity and insulin resistance and plays an important role in regulating angiogenesis and metabolic diseases. Preeclampsia is a serious pregnancy complication，and the etiology and pathogenesis is unclear. It is important to study the relationship between AGF and pregnancy in physiological and pathological functions. Currently， the research of AGF and pregnancy-related disease is less. In this article，we provide a brief review about AGF in pregnancy and preeclampsia.
