人卵巢组织异种移植模型研究进展

摘要: 近年来,肿瘤治疗的进展明显提高了年轻女性患者的生存率。但抗肿瘤治疗的长期不良反应会使女性患者产生卵巢早衰和不育。对尚未生育的女性患者来说,保留生育功能至关重要。卵巢组织异种移植技术可以避免将肿瘤细胞重新带回体内的风险,也可以降低体内促排卵带来的危害,而近年来多种异种移植模型的建立为保留人类生殖功能提供了可能。从移植物的来源、培养温度及处理时间、移植部位、受体的选择与处理、促性腺激素的应用等方面对当前人卵巢组织异种移植的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract: Recently, progress of cancer treatment obviously improved survival rate of young cancer patients. Unfortunately,side effects of long-term anti-neoplastic therapy made female patients at high risk of premature ovarian failure and infertility. For some female patients who have no childbearing yet,it’s important for their fertility preservation. Xenotransplantation not only avoid reintroducing tumor cells into patients, but also provide the possibility of preserving young female’s fertility. This review will have a comprehensive introduction into the source of human ovarian graft,culture temperature, pre-treatment procedure before xenograft surgery, xenograft site, selection of receptors and processing, application of gonadotropins and so on.
