产后性功能障碍(postpartum sexual dysfunction,PSD)是女性发病率较高的疾病,病因复杂,治疗方法多样,包括心理治疗、药物治疗、行为治疗、物理康复治疗和手术治疗等,目前PSD主要治疗措施仍是非手术治疗。盆底科医生应对产后女性恢复性生活过程中遇到的问题给予专业指导;药物治疗可有效缓解阴道干燥和灼热感;电刺激和生物反馈均可减轻性交痛,且生物反馈比电刺激在提高性欲、增加阴道润滑度方面更有优势;磁刺激不仅能提升盆底肌力,对产后性交痛也有一定疗效;盆底肌筋膜痛手法治疗则需要与其他治疗方式联合应用;射频治疗多用于改善阴道松弛及干涩。综述PSD非手术治疗中的干预措施及其适应证并评价其治疗效果,为探寻PSD的最佳非手术治疗方法提供可靠临床依据。
