摘要: 卵巢癌治疗中的主要问题是高复发率和产生耐药性。肿瘤干细胞具有无限增殖的能力,对药物的耐受性增加,提示肿瘤干细胞与化疗耐药的关系密切。从耐药卵巢癌细胞中可分选出具有特定表面标志的肿瘤干细胞,其为肿瘤形成提供可自我更新并在传代中保持肿瘤特性不变,是卵巢癌耐药性产生和复发的根本原因。利用卵巢癌干细胞表面标志分子的特异性,使化疗药物选择性地与卵巢癌干细胞结合,彻底消除肿瘤复发和耐药根源,可为卵巢癌患者提供更有效的化疗方案。

Abstract: A major problem in the treatment of ovarian cancer is the high percentage of recurrence and chemoresistance. Cancer stem cells(CSCs) can proliferate indefinitely, be proved enhancing chemoresistance and indicate a close relationship with chemoresistance. CSCs with definite cell surface maker can be separated from chemoresistant ovarian cancer cells, they can provide a reservoir of cells that can self-renew, maintain the tumor which make up the bulk of the tumor and may be the primary source of recurrence and chemoresistance. According to the special cell-surface marker and making chemotherapeutics selectively binding with ovarian cancer stem cells, can eliminate cancer recurrence and chemoresistance thoroughly and provide more effective chemotherapy shedules.
