核受体相互作用蛋白1与排卵障碍的研究进展

摘要: 核受体是一类配体依赖型转录因子。核受体相互作用蛋白1,又称为受体相互作用蛋白140,与核受体结合后不仅在能量代谢,而且在卵巢排卵功能障碍扮演着重要角色。核受体相互作用蛋白1基因敲除小鼠与临床黄素化未破裂卵泡综合征的表型相同,因而在女性排卵障碍性不孕治疗中备受关注。核受体相互作用蛋白1有望成为排卵障碍治疗和新型避孕药研发的新靶点。就核受体相互作用蛋白1的分子生物学特点、在卵巢排卵中的作用及机制做文献综述。

Abstract: Nuclear receptors function as a group of ligand-dependent transcription factors. Nuclear receptor interacting protein 1(Nrip1),also named as receptor interacting protein 140(RIP140),binding to nuclear receptors in a ligand- dependent manner plays a crucial role in energy homeostasis and ovulatory dysfunction. The anovulatory phenotype of Nrip1 null mice resembles strongly with clinical luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome,so Nrip1 has a paramount concern in the treatment of ovulatory dysfunction and female infertility. Nrip1 could be a therapeutic target for infertility associated with ovulatory dysfunction and a novel development of contraceptive strategies. This review will focus on the molecular biology characteristics of Nrip1,then analyze the biological role and molecular mechanisms of Nrip1 in the ovary to regulate ovulation.
