核黄素转运基因的多态变异与宫颈癌发病机制

摘要: 宫颈癌威胁广大妇女健康,是女性第二大恶性肿瘤。研究宫颈癌发病机制,发现其基因诊断和靶向治疗分子指标已成为研究热点。核黄素转运基因C20orf54是最新发现的食管癌易感基因,宫颈癌与食管癌的发病机制、危险因素存在众多共同点,因此C20orf54有望成为宫颈癌遗传易感基因,为建立宫颈癌早期诊断及高危人群筛查预警提供重要分子学依据。就C20orf54的生物学特点、基因多态性及其与宫颈癌发病关系研究基础简要综述。

Abstract: Cervical cancer threatens the health of women,which is the second largest malignant tumor occurred in women. In studying pathogenesis,genetic diagnosis and targeted therapy molecular index has been hotspots nowadays. Riboflavin transporter gene(C20orf54) is the newly discovered esophageal cancer susceptibility gene. Pathogenesis and risk factor between cervical cancer and esophageal cancer are similar. C20orf54 could be a new genetic risk factor for gene diagnosis and early warning in high-risk population of cervical cancer. This review focuses on molecular biology characteristics and polymorphic variation of C20orf54,then analyze the research progress between polymorphic variation of C20orf54 and pathogenesis of cervical cancer in recent years.
