摘要：
新型短效复方口服避孕药屈螺酮炔雌醇片（商品名：优思明）每片含0.03 mg炔雌醇和3 mg屈螺酮。其中屈螺酮是甾体类17α-螺内酯衍生物，具有强效的孕激素样活性、抗盐皮质激素和抗雄激素的药理学活性。优思明可产生高效的避孕作用，具有极好的周期控制作用和良好的安全性，此外还有改善高雄激素血症症状和缓解水钠潴留症状等额外益处，尤其在控制体质量和改善经前期综合征症状方面效果突出。作为一种新型复方口服避孕药，优思明具有良好的临床应用前景。

Abstract: The Ethinylestradiol （0.03 mg）/Drospirenone （3 mg） is a novel combined oral contraceptive （Yasmin）. Unlike other progestogens，Drospirenone is a novel progestin that is structurally related to 17-alpha-spirolactone and has progestogen activity，anti-mineralocorticoid and anti-androgenic activity. Yasmin has been proven to be an effective and well tolerated contraceptive with an acceptable bleeding pattern and a good safe profile. It can improve the symptoms of water retention and hyperandrogenism. It is better than other progestin containing oral contraceptives in terms of weight control and premenstrual syndrome. There are bright prospects for the added benefits of Yasmin as oral contraceptive.
