Abstract: MicroRNA is a kind of non-coded single stranded micromolecule RNA,generally existing in animal、plant genome. It integrates with its target mRNA by means of complete or incomplete complementary method in post-transcriptional level to regulate the expression of target mRNA,and then affects biological character.Update study and research show that,miRNA participates a series of important process in vital process, and also correlates closely with human disease. miRNA plays an important role of genesis, diagnosis, therapy and prognosis of malignant tumors.
