Abstract: Cervical cancer is one of the most common cancer in female genital malignant tumor. And infection of HPV is considered as the main causes of cervical cancer. The gene of HPV fused with gene of cervical tissues, and thus leading to cervical lesions, progress from chronic inflammation, low grade dysplasia to high degree of dysplasia slowly, and then canceration.Currently, researchers of the world is devoting their mind to explore the pathogenesis of cervical cancer and gene of HPV,looking for early diagnosis, effective treatment and prognosis of new target gene.It has become a hot-spot to research gene mutation and polymorphisms in cancer from the molecular level in recent years, and gene diagnosis and treatment of cancer therapy is expected to become a new direction. Now,this paper reviewed genes involved in development of cervical carcinoma.
