Abstract: The borderline ovarian tumors（BOT）cover 10%-20% in epithelial ovarian tumors. The biological behaviour of BOT is between benign neoplasm and malignant tumor. They were low malignant tumors. In recently years，the scholars from domeslic and overseas considered that most of the BOT patients received excessive therapy. They think that patients who want pregnancy can have a conservative surgery. About the therapy of the BOT，there are many problems because of without accord criterion. We reviewed the staging surgery，conservative surgery，restaging surgery，laparoscopy and adjuvant therapy of BOT.
