Abstract: Uterine sarcoma is a malignant tumor that occurs in the female genital system. Its incidence is low and its prognosis is poor. Its manifestations mainly include abnormal vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain and abdominal mass. Serological indicators such as serum lactate dehydrogenase, serum neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR), and ultrasound and magnetic resonance examinations can assist in the preoperative diagnosis of uterine sarcoma, but the diagnosis still depends on postoperative pathology. Uterine sarcomas include three pathological types: uterine leiomyosarcoma, endometrial stromal sarcoma and uterine adenosarcoma. Whole uterus and double attachment resection are standard surgical methods, and adjuvant treatment can be selected according to different pathological types and surgical stages. This article summarizes the clinical manifestations, auxiliary examinations, pathological features, treatment and prognosis of uterine sarcoma by consulting domestic and foreign literature.
