Abstract: Preeclampsia is a serious threat to maternal and child health during pregnancy, the etiology and pathogenesis of preeclampsia is complex. At present,we treat patient with clinical symptoms, however, maternal and fetus have been already subject to different degrees of damage. It has important clinical significance to predict the occurrence of preeclampsia prior to clinical symptoms appearance, screen out high-risk patients and make early intervention by strengthening the perinatal monitoring. According to reports of multiple centers worldwide, vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-1(Sfit-1),placental growth factor(PIGF) and placenta protein 13(PP13)are expected to be used as early effective predictors of preeclampsia. In this paper,we reviewed the progression of studies on prediction of preeclampsia.
