Analysis of Prenatal Dandy-Walker Syndrome in Six Cases and Literature Review

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the prenatal sonographic features, diagnosis and treatment of Dandy-Walker Syndrome. Methods:Review the literature with the six cases of Dandy-Walker Syndrome to discuss the prenatal sonographic features, diagnosis and treatment of it. Results:At the 2nd-trimster,Dandy-Walker Syndrome was found in three cases via ultrasound, all cases were induced labor with chromosomal abnormalities by amniocentesis. The other three cases among the six cases were found to have Dandy-Walker Syndrome at the 3nd-trimster,one case was induced labor,two cases were found normal via CT after birth. Conclusions:It is important to reduce the birth rate of the Dandy-Walker Syndrome by prenatal ultrasound.
