Currently,SCC-Ag was first used as a clinical diagnosis marker of squamous cell carcinoma, and was closely related to the development of squamous cell carcinoma, the detection of its serum level has been widely used in the whole body system, especially squamous cell carcinoma of the cervical cancer’s diagnosis, disease monitoring, treatment and prognosis evaluation of secondary indicators.
