B-Lynch Suture in Application of Hemorrhage in Cesarean Section Postpartum

Abstract: Objective: Discuss the effect of B-Lynch suture technique to postpartum hemorrhage on cesarean section. Methods:80 patients had been subjected to cesarean section with postpartum hemorrhage. They were selected and divided into observed group(40 cases) and controlled group(40 cases). The observed group was received B-Lynch suture technique, the latter was subjected to the traditional methods of hemostasis. Both of efficiency, intraoperative hemorrhage, operation time, cost of hospitalization were compared. Results:Compared with the control group, the observation group of less intraoperative and postoperative blood loss,shorter hospitalization time, hospitalization expenses low, differences were statistically significant(P<0.01). And good postoperative recovery, no complications occurred. Conclusions:B-Lynch suture is an effective method of treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section, is worth promoting.
