Abstract: Female sexual dysfunction could be caused by a variety of reasons. Due to clinical symptoms，signs and psychological barriers，female infectious diseases，as common female diseases，have become one of the important factors in sexual function，which have physical and psychological impact on patients and have serious influence on women′s quality of life. Common female infectious diseases，such as vulvitis，vaginitis，cervicitis，pelvic inflammatory diseases and sexually transmitted diseases，could impact on different phases of sexual response cycle，leading to sexual difficulties and even female sexual dysfunction. As for treatment to female sexual dysfunction caused by infectious diseases，exact anti-infective treatment should be needed, without ignorance of patient′s psychological counseling related to sex life.
