摘要： 遗传学因素在子痫前期的发病机制中起着重要的作用。通过着重介绍子痫前期易感基因和表观遗传学的研究进展，展望全基因组关联分析和表观遗传标志物研究在子痫前期遗传学病因研究中的作用，以及在子痫前期疾病诊断、治疗中的应用前景。

Abstract: Genetic factors play important roles in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia. The latest advances in the candidate genes and epigenetic research in preeclampsia were overviewed in this article . Meanwhile, the future application of genome-wide association study and epigenetic markers in the genetic etiologies research, diagnosis and treatment of preeclampsia were prospected.
