The Cyr61 and Gynecological Tumor

Abstract: Cysteine-rich 61(Cyr61) is a representive member in the connective tissue growth factor family. It has multimode construction that possess the function of inducing angiogenesis and promoting cell adhesion and metastasize and multidrug resistance. Cyr61 plays an essential role in the pathology of the endometrial cancer, cervical cancer, ovary cancer, uterus myoma and endometriosis.
