Abstract: As an important complication after gynecological carcinoma operation and radiation, lymphedema is widely noticed in recent years, because of its high morbidity rate and refractory nature. According to the study on the morbidity rate of lymphedema, the patient′s age, surgical method and treatment differences were statistically significant. Medical treatments for lymphedema include some complex physical therapy methods, such as skin maintenance, massage, compression and movement under compression. Surgical treatments for lymphedema include tissue removal and drainage bypass surgery. By introducing clinical manifestation and treatment status of lymphedema, this thesis provides some reference to early diagnosis and treatment of lymphedema after gynecological carcinoma operation and radiation.
