Abstract: Cervical cancer is the most common form of malignant gynecologic tumor. Cervical cancer in the process which are in the formation, development, invade, metastasis present can adopt different mechanisms to impair body′cellular and humoral immune function, and also change carcinoma cellular immunomicroenvironment , these changes can avoid body immune system′s attacks. Immune cells, such as T lymphocytes, dendritic cells,NK cells and macrophages play a dual role in the immune escape of cervical cancer. This article focuses on the relationship between the immune escape of cervical cancer and the immune cells reviewed. Understanding the immune evasion mechanisms used by cervical cancer will benefit the design of new therapeutic strategies for cervical cancer. A better understanding of the underlying mechanism will lead to more effective immunotherapy study.
