Abstract: Recently， progress of cancer treatment obviously improved survival rate of young cancer patients. Unfortunately，side effects of long-term anti-neoplastic therapy made female patients at high risk of premature ovarian failure and infertility. For some female patients who have no childbearing yet，it’s important for their fertility preservation. Xenotransplantation not only avoid reintroducing tumor cells into patients， but also provide the possibility of preserving young female’s fertility. This review will have a comprehensive introduction into the source of human ovarian graft，culture temperature， pre-treatment procedure before xenograft surgery， xenograft site， selection of receptors and processing， application of gonadotropins and so on.
