Abstract: Objective:To discuss the differences between the cervical lesions induced by single hr-HPV and multiple hr-HPV infection,by comparing the liquid-based cytology and biopsy pathological results of all the cases. Methods:Compare the probability of all the LCT and pathologic results. Compare the differences between the cervical lesions, which were induced by single hr-HPV and multiple hr-HPV infections. Results:①In all the infection cases, the most common age was from 20 to 49, and the incident rate went down along with the age increasing.②In all the infection cases,HPV16 was the most frequent type. ③In all the cases of high grade cervical lesions,HPV16 was the most frequent type.④Compare of the single hr-HPV and multiple hr-HPV infections, there were no significant differences between the cervical lesions. ⑤CINⅡ-Ⅲ lesions, which induced by pure hr-HPV infections were higher than mixed HPV infections,in opposition to low grade cervical lesions. Conclusions:①Compare with single hr-HPV infection, the cervical lesions, which induced by the multiple hr-HPV infections,is not obvious. ②Compare with single hr-HPV infections, the mixed HPV infections induced more low grade cervical lesions.
