摘要： 妊娠期间母体血清、羊水、脐血中的抑制素A和激活素A主要来源于胎盘。抑制素A、激活素A的合成分泌可能与胎盘功能有关。在一些妊娠相关疾病，如妊娠滋养细胞疾病、流产、异位妊娠、妊娠期高血压疾病、胎儿缺氧和21三体综合征中，抑制素A和激活素A有不同的变化。测定其在血清、羊水中的表达，可能对这些妊娠相关疾病的预防、诊断、预后评估及随访等有临床指导意义。

Abstract: Human placenta are the major site of production and secretion of inhibin A and activin A in maternal serum，amniotic fluid，and umbilical cord blood. It is evident from recent studies that inhibin A and Activin A could be the better markers of placental function. Becasuse the values of inhibin A and activin A differ in the pathogenesis of gestational diseases，such as gestational trophoblastic disease，abortion，ectopic pregnancy，hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy，fetal hypoxia，aneuploidy，and so on. The measurement of inhibin A and activin A in the biological fluids of pregnancy will offer the possibility in the early diagnosis，prediction，and monitoring diseases of pregnancy.
