摘要:
随着微创手术在妇科肿瘤的广泛应用,举宫器的使用占据越来越重要的地位,但随着有关微创手术对妇科肿瘤患者不良影响的报道,对举宫器使用的重要性也提出质疑,举宫器在术中的使用是否会增加肿瘤细胞的播散、影响患者预后存在争议。针对传统举宫器的改良不断提出,以减少其在妇科肿瘤微创手术中对肿瘤组织的损伤,保证手术视野的暴露及足够的手术范围,增加举宫器的应用范围。近年来,新的举宫方式如子宫悬吊术,其安全性及有效性不断得到证实,成为替代传统举宫器协助妇科肿瘤微创手术的重要手术方式。举宫方式的比较及不断改良将会为妇科肿瘤微创手术提供新的手术思路,有助于患者术后的快速康复。
