摘要： 叙述产科急重症所涉及的范围，并分别介绍产科急症、产科重症的处理原则，以及急重症患者转诊的相关程序和注意事项。

Abstract: The article tries to summarize the fields involved in obstetric crisis，and the principles for the clinical management of obstetric emergency and obstetric critical diseases respectively. In addition, procedure and cautions related to transportation were described.
