摘要:
盆腔器官脱垂(pelvic organ prolapse,POP)是部分老年女性面临的问题,且发病率逐年升高,子宫托治疗是该疾病的一种保守治疗方法,也是一线治疗方法。但如果使用不当,治疗过程中也可能会出现多种并发症,严重者不得不需要手术干预,有的甚至会威胁生命。目前国际上关于子宫托治疗缺乏统一指南,治疗操作不规范和患者依从性差与并发症发生密切相关。总结归类运用子宫托治疗的相关并发症,介绍一种子宫托相关并发症的评级方法,针对并发症的预防提出了部分解决方法。
