摘要： 妊娠期糖尿病的发病率逐年增加，并且是妇女日后发展为糖尿病、代谢综合征以及心血管疾病的高危因素。因此，妊娠期糖尿病妇女产后管理是降低产后并发症的重要手段。妊娠期糖尿病妇女的产后管理包括：产后血糖筛查、糖尿病相关知识的教育、改变生活方式的措施以及产后避孕等多方面。目前，妊娠期糖尿病的产后管理工作仍十分欠缺，需要多个学科密切协作。

Abstract: The incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus is increasing year by year，and it is the risk factor of developing diabetes，metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular disease in the future. Therefore，postnatal management of women with gestational diabetes mellitus is very important and is an important means to reduce postpartum complications. Postpartum management，including postnatal blood glucose screening，diabetes education，lifestyle changes，as well as postpartum contraception and other aspects. At present，post-natal management of gestational diabetes is still very lacking in close collaboration with multiple disciplines required.
