The Application of Fluorescence in Situ Hybridization in Correlative Obstetric Field

Abstract: Fluorescence in situ hybridization is a new non-radioactivity molecular cytogenetic technique based on radioactivity in situ hybridization since 1980. It′s a production combined with molecular biology,cytogenetics and immunology. This technique is applied broadly in molecular biology,medicine,cytogenetics and so on. It has been applied in the study of preimplantation genetic diagnosis,prenatal diagnosis,spontaneous abortion and congenital heart diseases. This review give a brief overview of its application in obstetric field.
