Abstract: Hypopituitarism is a syndrome caused by corresponding insufficiency of hormones′ secretion and results from destroyed anterior pituitary. Amenorrhea，difficulty conceiving，infertility，postpartum no milk occur in hypopituitary patients. The incidence of pregnancy complications is higher，such as abortion，anemia，placental abruption，premature birth and postpartum hemorrhage. So adequate preparation and reasonable use of ART in pre-pregnancy，continuous monitoring of hormone levels and maintaining normal hormone levels in pregnancy and perinatal period can reduce pregnancy complications and improve pregnancy outcomes. This review summarized recent advances about preparation in pregnancy and management in perinatal period of hypopituitarism.
