Abstract: In recent years pelvic reconstruction surgery with synthetic mesh is widely used in treatment of pelvic organ prolapse （POP），but there are many kinds of complications may occur. In order to research complications，the International Urogynecological Association （IUGA） and International Continence Society（ICS） formulated and published the standardization and classification system of complications associated to female pelvic floor repair material in 2011. The transvaginal mesh implant in treatment of POP while improve the cure rate，reduce the recurrence rate， can appear a variety of postoperative complications，including mesh erosion，exposure，local infection, postoperative pain and difficulty of sexual intercourse，good operation skills can effectively prevent and treat complications.
