Research of DNA methylation of microRNA in ovarian cancer

Abstract: DNA methylation is one of the most widespread research in epigenetic about tumor. Recently, it has become clear that miRNA play an important role in ovarian cancer pathogenesis, metastasis, drug resistance, and prognosis. The DNA methylation of miRNA in ovarian cancer may be used as a noninvasive diagnostic and prognostic biomarker in ovarian cancer, and provide a new clinical thought for the analysis of drug resistance and individualized therapy.
