The Application of Minimally Invasive Surgery Personalization and Humanization

Abstract: Minimally invasive surgery began in the 1980. Laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, vaginal surgery, ultrasonic and radioactive interventional surgery, as well as smaller incision are the representatives of minimally invasive surgery in gynecology. Their characteristics are with no incision, small incision, no cut off the muscles. However minimally invasive surgery can also cause massive trauma or death. To recognize minimally invasive should be to use a kind of operation with minimal trauma to achieve the best treatment effect. All surgery should be done under this guidance and this concept should be always carry out in any operations. Minimally invasive surgery should also carry out personalized and humanized principle to achieve the ideal therapeutic effect. Minimally invasive surgery should be strictly prevent, avoid and reduce the occurrence of complications.
