Abstract: Toll-like receptors(TLR) is a major concern pathogen recognition receptors nowadays. It plays a role in innate immunity via the identification of the pathogen associated molecular patterns. It connects innate immunity and acquired immunity by stimulating the signaling cascade of reactions lead to the production of cytokines and expression of costimulatory factors. Maternal-fetal trophoblast cells and amniotic membrane of cells specific to the interface, and so on,by TLR,also can identify the pathogen and involve in the innate immune response, which in turn have an impact on pregnancy outcome.

Key words: Toll-like receptors, Pregn, Pre-eclampsia, Receptors, immunologic
