Abstract: Objective:To evaluate the rate of postoperative recanalization in different parts by laparoscopy guided hysteroscopic fallopian tube catheterization. Methods:From January 2008 to December 2009,880 infertile patients with 1 760 fallopian tubes were performed by laparoscopy guided hysteroscopic tubal catheterization. Postoperative recanalization rate was observed. Results:The total rate of selective tube recanalization was 74.5%. The recanalization rate in tubal fimbria, interstitial and ampulla was 86.0%,65.8% and 36.7% respectively. The postoperative spontaneous pregnancy rate was 39.6% in 2-year follow up. Conclusions:The highest rate of tubal recanalization by laparoscopy guided hysteroscopic tubal catheterization was fimbria block, and then interstitial and ampulla part.
