Abstract: 【Abstract】 Pre-eclampsia/eclampsia，a pregnancy-specific disease，with systemic vascular spasm，leading to multiple organ dysfunction，seriously harms the mother and child health. Magnesium sulfate with cardiovascular and central nervous system protection，is widely used in the treatment of pre-eclampsia/eclampsia. Therefore，the further study of magnesium sulfate in pre-eclampsia/eclampsia treatment and related mechanisms，will help to guide clinical medication and reduce infant mortality.
