摘要： 腹腔镜技术作为微创的代表因具有视野清晰、切口小、损伤小、出血少、粘连轻和术后恢复快等优点广为接受，其在妇科领域的应用日益广泛和深入。随着手术操作的熟练、手术技巧经验的积累、新的手术设备和机器以及能源的引用，手术指征已经扩展到包含深部浸润型子宫内膜异位症、盆底手术和早期恶性肿瘤等绝大部分的开腹手术，更出现了机器人腹腔镜、单孔腹腔镜以及经自然孔道内镜等更加微创精细的新技术。新手术指征和新技术的应用带来了新的挑战和争议，腹腔镜技术不断向前发展。

Abstract: During the last three decades，laparoscopic surgery has been widely accepted in gynecologic diseases with advantages including better vision，smaller incision，faster recovery，a shorter hospital stay，milder adhesion and lower perioperative complications. The role of laparoscopy has been expanded from congenital anomalies，myoma，ovarian cyst to deep infiltrating endometriosis，pelvic floor dysfunction，and even gynecological cancer. Recent technical advances in endoscopic instrumentation and computer-controlled system have made modern-day laparoscopy manifold （i.e. robotic laparoscopic surgery，single-port laparoscopy and natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery）. Several arguments on new gynecologic applications and those advanced techniques have been published recently. Gynecology doctors and technicians together make efforts on the development of laparoscopic sugery.
