摘要： 子痫前期是妊娠期的特有疾病，是造成母胎死亡的重要原因，目前有较多关于子痫前期的研究和学说，但其确切发病机制至今尚未完全阐明。P选择素（P-selectin）属于黏附分子家族，妊娠期间主要来源于活化的血小板，对炎症和血栓的形成具有启动和放大作用，导致凝血功能异常，毛细血管内皮细胞受损，进而引起母胎特有的临床表现。目前研究证实，P-selectin在子痫前期发病中起重要作用。综述P-selectin的基因、结构、生物学功能及其与子痫前期关系的研究进展。

Abstract: The mechanisms responsible for the pathogenesis of preeclampsia are poorly understood by now，which is important reason for maternal-fetal death. P-selectin is one of adhesion molecules，having a start and an enlarged role of inflammation and thrombus formation，resulting in coagulation dysfunction，damage to the capillary endothelial cells，thereby causing specific maternal-fetal clinical manifestations，which mainly comes from platelets. Many studies have confirmed that P-selectin play an important role in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia. In the article，we will make a review about this progress.
