Abstract: Domestic and foreign scholars on the occult onset, rapid progression, poor prognosis, recurrence rate of malignant ovarian tumor did a lot of researches, but the rate of early diagnosis and survival rate did not increase, without reducing mortality, and the first mortality in gynecological malignant tumor, ovarian cancer become the main cancer seriously threatens women health life. miRNA is a non-coding endogenous small RNA newly found, regulating the expression of nearly 30% genes of human, its biological characteristics of specific expression in tissue, highly conservative and temporal expression play an important role in ovarian cancer. The study found that miRNA involved in the process of invasion and metastasis of ovarian cancer cells, but also closely related to the prognosis in patients with ovarian cancer. In order to understand the mechanism of invasion and metastasis of malignant ovarian cancer, this review summarizes the new progress of miRNA and ovarian cancer.
