Abstract: The pelvic floor dysfunction （PFD） includes pelvic organ prolapse （POP）, urinary inontinence （UI）, and fecal incontinence （FI）. It is not only common disease of women but also one of the five diseases influencing factors in anthropic life-quality. Although there are many causes leading to PFD, the pregnancy and delivery are a highly absolute etilogical factor of PFD by recently reports. The influence of pelvic structure and function by pregnancy and delivery, pathogenesis and risk factors of PFD in postpartum, and the therapeutic methods, the benefit or unbenefit and advances in diagnosis and treatment of presently usual rehabilitative such as pelvic floor muscle training electrical stimulation, biofeedback, and so on are summarized.
