摘要： 多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）是育龄期妇女常见的生殖内分泌疾病，其病因及发病机制复杂，尽管提出了很多假说，但其确切的发病机制仍不十分清楚。近年研究显示，肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）与该病关系密切，其参与胰岛素抵抗、高雄激素血症、肥胖、排卵障碍以及黄体功能不全等多个方面。就TNF-α在PCOS代谢异常中的作用及对卵巢功能的影响做文献综述。

关键词: 多囊卵巢综合征, 肿瘤坏死因子α, 胰岛素抗药性, 肥胖症, 糖尿病

Abstract: Polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） is a common disease among reproductive-aged women. The etiology and pathogenesis of PCOS is complex，although a lot of hypothesis have been proposed，the exact mechanism is still unclear. Recent of studies have suggested that the tumor necrosis factor-α involved in insulin resistance， hyperandrogenism， obesity，ovulation failure and corpus luteum insufficiency of PCOS. This review briefly introduced the tumor necrosis factor-α′s action in the metabolic disorder and the effect of ovarian function in PCOS.
