Abstract: Metabolic syndrome（MS） is a pathological condition of abnormal aggregation of multiple metabolite resulting. The long-term adverse outcomes were payed more and more attention by people. MS had been high risk factors of breast cancer and carcinoma of rectum. MS was marginally associated with an increased risk of endometrial cancer. Abnormal expression with cytokines was found both on MS and endometrial cancer. Therefore， MS may be a new point to screen， prevention and cure endometrial cancer.
