Abstract: Hysteroscopy is one of the contemporary mainstream technology of minimally invasive surgery. It has been become gold standard diagnosis method and new surgical treatment model of gynecological diseases. It is no repair chance for hysteroscopic uterine renaturation surgery. Hysteroscopic air embolism complication can cause sudden death. In order to avoid adverse events，hysteroscopist not only must go through professional training， familiar with ultrasonic intervention， distension and irrigation of uterus， anesthesia monitoring， video effect， equipment and instrument performance and operating requirements， but also master laparoscopic technology. Hysteroscopist has to pay attention and carry out preoperative pretreatment of hysteroscopic surgery， to alert and prevent serious complications of hysteroscopic surgery. Through training and exercise， doctors can be a good hysteroscopist.
