Abstract: microRNA is a class of small, endogenous, noncoding single-stranded RNA molecules. Past studies have indicated that miRNAs play important roles in diverse biological processes including gene expression regulation, cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis;Their expression have been correlated with various diseases. At present, the research on miRNA in cervical cancer is still in the primary stage, including the expression detection of cervical cancer, and cervial cancer development, differentiation, transfer diagnosis, therapy and prognosis.
